What do you mean by "in its league?" If you mean the rich-guy league, then yes, maybe. But overall, a boosted DHS Hurricane is the clear winner. IMO

ofc the boosted hurricane, yeah ik its op but i dont want to boost my rubber everytime. Well id say premium league? I'm choosing a FH rubber for the HL5 but i don't want a boosted hurricane ( actually i would take it but too much of a hassle ) or a unboosted hurricane. Some rubbers in mind are the D05 and D09C

Second this! I play with the V>22 for more than a year now and I would say it's a bit faster and has a slightly different feeling, but it's spinny, durable (not as much much as the D05 but still) and much-much cheaper. I still prefer the D05 a little, but it's just 45-60% of the price of the D05, it's a steal.
Other than that, there is a ton of competition, any premium rubber will play very well these days. Butterfly rubbers have excellent durability, so many people prefer them for this reason.

It looks to me (based on your other postings) that the only way you're gonna be convinced D05 isn't for you, is by yourself after you buy it and discover that it's too hard (sponge) and just too difficult to extract the performance from it.

I am 100% sure that Glayzer will work much better for you.

Since you're already considering D09C, I assume your technique is good enough to handle H3 as well.

If you can glue your own rubbers, boosting shouldn't be an issue. In fact, it's easier than gluing.

In terms of durability, if you train like a pro, D09C may only last a few sessions, similar to a boosted H3.

But if you're a club player like most of us, D09C can last around 3 months before you start noticing performance degradation, which is similar to a boosted H3.

But they may also last up to a year, depending on how often and how intensely you train or play.

The difference is that a boosted H3 saves you a lot of money while still giving you an advanced setup.

Ultimately, it's up to you.

I'm currently using a G1 and I find it very comfortable using it, so changing to a glayzer seems like a step down because they are pretty similar but glayzer is slower

Overall the two perform fairly similarly, but the G1 shines on high powered shots. The Glayzer is more consistent at slow to medium paced openers, the G1 has a bit more bite when going for winners.

You trade maybe 5-10% top end power, for a much wider range of playable shots.

I'd argue that 80% of players using Dignics 05 would probably play better with the Glayzer

Haifu seamoon. It is the Best. And normally, you should apply 2-3 layers.

Sure, there is nothing wrong with boosted H3.

Every rubber you have mentioned is capable of being used even up to professional levels of play. Which one you end up using should be about what works for your own level and how comfortable you feel with developing the kind of playing style that particular rubber supports.

As an afterthought, I would not even bother with Neo but go straight for the orange sponge commercial H3.
Apply the booster sparingly and give the layers plenty of time to dry and over night for the last of the 3 layers.
