I have one very similar rubber from dr neubauer.
you cannot chop, you cannot loop, and it's super slow......you are basically limited to pushing.
the push in general will be short due to the slow speed of the rubber.

it seems to be working for winter, but remember she plays in the pro scene where all the other players give her balls with tons of spin, generally loops.
the rubber is not so effective against amateur players who play more flat shots without spin.
