Hello,

What if rubber is present in LARC document but there is no logo on rubber itself? Is the rubber ITTF approved or not?

There has to be a logo. If the rubber was cut out and the label was removed it is not allowed.
I'm talking about the situation where the rubber is in LARC but doesnt have printed ITTF logo on rubber at all (not that it was cut out). It's kind of weird that there might be a situation like that...
To be more precise - I bought 729 bloom rubber. Spin and Power version of that rubber are in LARC document but all photos shows that those rubbers dont have printed ITTF logo on rubbers.
It might be something like getting approved recently but new rubbers are not printed with it yet...

“ITTF logo” (Regulation 3.2.1.3) is to be used on all authorised racket coverings, and within a framefor new and changed racket coverings. Ref. C. and D.4. below.
