Once the blocking came back and Tianyang stopped scoring as many free points, it was a fair match. Harimoto hugging and piggybacking on his coach, the one that some say should retire. Thats clearly a pipe dream with that relationship.

LTY is not a traditional chopper. His chop was no way near Kang's heavy low chop. Harimoto was not comfortable playing any one any style he was not familiar with

【泰国乒乓球协会】泰国获全票通过，接任明年“2027年亚洲乒乓球锦标赛”主办权。届时将调整赛制，取消男单和女单项目，并增设混合团体项目，作为2028年洛杉矶奥运会的资格赛。至于男团和女团项目，将作为2028年在日本举行的世界锦标赛的资格赛。男双、女双和混双项目则保持不变。
10月24日，亚洲乒乓球联盟（ATTU）在乌兹别克斯坦举行了代表大会，泰国代表、副主席纳塔武·良威和萨库尔·阿兰约提玛出席了会议。国际乒乓球联合会（ITTF）主席也参加了此次会议。会议重要要点总结如下：
会议听取了亚洲乒联主席、副主席、CEO、各地区副主席以及各委员会过去的工作报告。
会议通过了财务报告、明年的预算计划，以及将亚洲乒乓球运动向各地区推广的发展计划。此外，还将成立“ATTU基金会”予以支持。
随后，会议选举了明年的各项赛事主办方，如下：
2027亚洲青年锦标赛：阿曼
2027亚洲锦标赛：泰国
2027年亚洲杯：中国
2027亚洲残疾人锦标赛：韩国
此外，会议还补选了国际乒联理事会（ITTF Council）亚洲空出的1个席位，最终巴林代表当选。
关于泰国主办亚洲乒乓球锦标赛的事宜，已定于佛历2570年（公历2027年）10月18日至24日在曼谷举行。预计将有大量亚洲顶尖运动员参赛，因为该赛事同时也是奥运会和世界锦标赛的资格赛。

If LTY just kept chopping for the last several points with good placement, the result might be different. I thought Harimoto would blow it off after leading 7:2.
