See that's where a picture probably fails. I can't tell if this is before, during or after contact. But if I can see the ball, I have to assume the contact is visible, too.

Certainly not clearly visible, and I agree that it is a potentially problematic serve, but calling it 100% illegal based on this picture is too much.

Why I'm biting on this one? Well, for other more famous accusations against WCQ for example, the image points out there is no ball in sight.

This is basically showing a car in front of a red light but no way to determine if the car is moving. Won't hold up in court.
