Loki RXTON 9 new sponge.

The R9 Neo test ran short. After 30 min of warm-up, and good feeling with the Neo, I felt sick and had to go home and I stayed in bed until this morning.

During warmup, R9 Neo reminded me of R9 BS, Target National, Battle 3 BS, and all those H3 clones. No obvious difference. Don't expect any revolution with it.

Interesting, to me the new Target National is fairly different than Battle 2, more similar to Big Dipper but worse really, reviewing soon, but I don't like it

Ah yes that can explain it, I indeed meant what they call the 'new' target, grey/silver metallic sleeve

From one guy on YTB, it is firmer, and more direct. Unfortunately due to @Grumms illness I could not get the old R9 BS. But the order for new R9 OS, and R9 NEO is gone from Loki, on its way to France. I will be able to compare. Only diff, R9 Grumms was supposed to sell me is 40.5, and I ordered 40 deg. With winter and colder temp, I am tempted to go for softer version.

Note: we played each other in official team matches 3 weeks ago. Nice to face forumer on the court.

Anyone can tell if the R9 or the LAC is more takcy than the new gen. H3 Provincial? For reference, my last 3 H3 couldn't hold the ball at all, only lift it a little.

Yes, it's tackier. All the tacky Loki rubbers have been pretty consistent in tackiness and they're tackier than H3's.

Trying to buy to Loki in alibaba told me that they were going to stop producing some rubbers... GTX pro and LAC at least... So i will have to search for other options. Haven´t test rxton 9 yet. If they are going to keep producing the Rxton series maybe it is time to switch.

Stopping LAC is very strange. It's quite unique, it's almost the only Chinese rubber I could play without boosting.

Yeah that sucks. That being said.

• LAC has bad rep since the broken batch
• They supposedly have the new tech for marking rubbers similar to ESN
• LAC is hybridy in feel

I wonder if LAC is just going to be replaced with something new.

Thats what i thought... Maybe it was a misunderstanding... tried to buy 4 rubbers, 2 black and 2 red. They only had black ones, and not going to produce more. Asked if they were going to be discontinued and told me that yes. Maybe is a missunderstanding (hope so)

Yes, i was searching for something hybridy and also cheap... Finally they are going to send me 2 black LAC and 2 red rxton 9 37.5°. How much layers of booster do you apply? And how often?

I didn't play lac much, boosted it before 13th of September still bouncy and fast. 37.5 i would boost once a month.
