I'm waiting for some sales to start popping up on some soft Euro rubber that I'd like, and then I'll jump on it.

I keep seeing decent tacky hard sponge rubber on sale with good prices everywhere, but I promised myself I would try something completely different.

Keep an eye on tabletennis11's weekly offers, sooner or later you'll see something you'd like to try.

Turbo's disease is only getting worse and worse. We need to find a cure for EJola :D

No worries. I have seriously decided to cut down my shopping in the coming year....after I complete my collection of Stiga Se7en of course. I hope.

Just curious, why do you actually want those Stiga blades?

I don't have a clue....don't blame me.....blame all the discount.

Hahaha. That is funny.

I don't know. Stiga's most recent blades have not really seemed all that interesting to me. So I was wondering what would make you want all seven.

Which of the ones you already have do you like the best?

As you can expect I did not have enough playing time with them yet to give a fair judge. But one thing is for sure is that this series is heavier than normal since previous Stiga Cpen has a head size of 160mm and under but the new ones are all at least 162mm. That makes the 245 the heaviest at 205g with Airoc both sides. The lightest is the 5.6mm Celero with the same rubbers but still heavy at 194g. That makes the 198g 290 best in balance and power. It packs with punch and precision. An excellent looping machine. Yet very easy to play short balls with control. A surprise for a heavy weight carbon blade. Love it the first day of use so it is my pick of the pack for now. May be until I get my hand on the Se7en. :p
