Mizutani Super ZLC?

Michael Landers ordered a ZJK Super ZLC to try it out. He really did not like it. I tried it too. He wanted me to see what I thought. I did not like the ZJK Zuper ZLC either. It was not bad. But it did not feel anywhere near as good, to me as the ZJK ALC or the TB ALC. I have to confess though, I don't really like the TB ZLC either. But I even like the TB ZLC better than the ZJK Super ZLC.

Maybe you are just more of an allwood type.

I am using a TB ZLF. I like the regular Mizutani Jun blade. Michael hated the ZJK Super ZLC. When he had me hit with it he referred to it a unusable which is a bit more than I thought. But, for something that expensive it was not so good and if it only cost $50.00 I still would not buy it.

Oh I see. How would you compare it too the ZJK one even though you or Michael like either? Because a lot of people that tried the ZJK one really liked it and also JM is already using that blade.

First of all nobody knows what blade professionals use. Usualy they are custom made blades with logo of their sponsor (f.e. stiga). So I would never say that Mizutani is using ZJK blade.
On the other hand that is true that some people prefer blades made mostly from wood, while the others prefer carbon. Some people prefer softer blades and some harder ones. For me ZLF is perfect, but I would never say that it is better than ZLC od ALC.

I know Landers uses TB ALC. He did not like the ZJK Super ZLC. When I hit with the regular ZJK it feels like a good blade. I have hit with the ZJK ZLC, (not super) the regular ZJK ZLC, I liked better than the ZJK Super ZLC. All the TB and ZJK blades I have tried, I liked better than the ZJK Super ZLC.

All that being said, I have no idea what the Mizutani Jun Super ZLC will be like so I can't say anything about it.

Hi carl may i ask what rubber did you had on the fh using zjkszlc. I got my blade direct from japan bty factory, 1st 100pcs szjk blade produced.

I think it's different. It's more like this if this were to happen:

FZD has a blade in his name that HE IS ACTUALLY USING.

Then he switches to a different blade. Why would STIGA advertise that?

But they might make a similar blade in FZD's name, and then FZD would switch to that.

This would never happened. If you talk to any professional, he will tell you in a secret, that his blade is custom made, of course he will not tell you who made it for him and what kind of materials it is made from. After you get used to new blade if you are satisfied you will never change it. And guess what, stiga asked FZD to be their sponsored player, then FZD says ok but I will not use your blade. In that case stiga just changed logo on his original blade and that’s it. Now everybody thinks FZD is using stiga and buy stiga to play like him.

There are working few ex-professional players and carpenters. You can have limba, ayous and all other materials. There are a lot of small producer like this.

Landers was sponsored by Butterfly. They sent it to him. He got it directly from Butterfly and they were sending it to a sponsored player, not retail. It had T05 on FH. I think it had same on BH but I don't remember.

Ohh i will take note of that.. 05 has a much more power and speed thats why i decided to use a tackyrubber on fh since the blade is strong already. But for the bh i think t80 is okay.

Do you know as a fact that the ZJK SZLCs sold well? They seem too expensive for amateurs to me.

No figures but according to Bestsellers list in ttjapan it is ranked 6th above TB ZLC and Jun so I believe it is selling pretty good.
