I just received my Korbel with G1 both sides today. I used to play this exact setup. The new one I got now vibrates so much especially in the finger but this occurs randomly and not all the time. Does anyone know the reason behind this. My old Korbel with G1 both sides doesn't vibrate at all or maybe a bit. Thanks in advance

It was glued by a proffesional shop
A glue job is a glue job, even pros question their glue jobs based on how the racket plays after they glue it. Some people are able to play with rackets glued by other people and while I kinda get it, I honestly don't get it. I struggle to trust a racket I didn't glue myself.

Your current Korbel might just play differently than your old one
Wood is a living thing and when you measure the frequency and the weight of the blade, the answers to such questions tend to come out especially if there is no well glued composite to maintain consistency or the blades are made years/decades apart.

Sounds like a glue problem with the rubbers or delamination inside the blade. Apply a small bending force on the blade and listen for noises. It is good to not hear cracking or popping. Try the blade without the rubbers, hitting the ball everywhere. It is good to sound solid and to behave symmetrical in speed.

Recently, I changed the handle of a new blade and the glue on one of the sides was not covering all the surface. There was 5mm of missing glue from the top end of the handle.

Another, highly sensitive way to check for this kind of problem: hold the blade by its edges at about 21 to 21:30 and 14:30 to 15 o'clock; lightly tap the back of your skull with the butt of the handle. If there's any kind of crack, delamination of the blade plies or rubbers, etc. you will hear the cracking sound instead of the resonating, harmonic one.
