Gold ZLC carbon, can you link to that one? i'm not sure which you are referring to.

BTW, I believe the Harimoto has the same gold ZLC carbon, just on the inner core.

Maybe give the F3 pro a try too, see my comments above.

Yes I will give F3 pro a try. Maybe next shipment from Aliexpress?

Oh, I bought the lemuria version of this one. The LYJ ZLC clone.

Honestly I really didn't like it. Something felt off about it to me. It wasn't fast enough, despite being zlc. And a lot of my shots seemed to fall into the net.

And yes, the gold zlc looked to be identical to the zlc on the harimoto.

Lol, I have not finalized my order yet. So I put the Harimoto ZLC from Stuor in my online shopping cart.

I have Sanwei F3 pro from BEO store in my shopping cart. At this point, I might as well buy some rubbers from BEO as well (Palio CJ8000 and T88 Ultraspin).

Is there any other Stuor blade you would recommend at this point?

Not from Stuor, but a couple more i can comment on. I also have the $12 Sanwei CC. I just bought this as a cheap backup in case i need an extra blade for testing. Despite the price, this blade is the fastest and most catapulty of my blades. Faster than stuor harimoto and f3 pro. But the feeling is far worse. It has much softer feel and less crisp. But if you have rubbers that feel too slow, this blade does wonders. Also it has a long dwell time.

Also the 729 friendship Verawood inner KLC blade is something I got just to mix it up a bit. Its a different construction from the F3 and Stuor. It uses a dark hard wood called verawood on the surface. In some ways the block and punch feel very crispy with this blade. But with the inner klc design, it still has a long hold on the ball.

oh yeah I forgot.

I also have the Lemuria Zhang Jike zlc clone. The zlc they use in this blade is different from the "gold" zlc in the LYJ clone version. The seller told me this zlc is Chinese native material and cheaper.

but from my testing, this blade performed better. It had more catapult, softer but crisp feeling, better arc, better dwell time.

If you really want a outer carbon blade just to complete your portfolio, this one isn't bad at all.

You know if you want to try something different, you could try the Yinhe 970-alc. This is a blade that I haven't tried yet, but in theory it seems like it should be really good.

It's similar construction as the standard limba-inner alc, but the limba surface is replaced with Koto.

Maybe you could let me know how it plays.

Did you decide what 3 or 4 blades to get?

Stuor 20 New Table Tennis Blade ZLC Inner Carbon (Harimoto clone), Stuor 7 Ply ALC Carbon Fiber (Viscaria clone),
YINHE 970XX-A (from ironically the DHS Table Tennis store), Sanwei T88 Ultra Spin, 729 Friendship BATTLE 2 Provincial Blue Sponge (also from ironically the DHS Table Tennis store), Lemuria ZJK Super ZLC, Lemuria Lin ALC (since Butterfly decided to discontinue Lin Gaoyuan ALC because Lin decided to open his own family's table tennis store, I chose this one to try), Sanwei F3 Pro, Palio CJ8000, Palio AK47, Sanwei CC.

Yes if you said it is not worth it, then I am not going to get it. I just have to figure out how long it takes them to deliver.

I ended up getting stuff from four different stores (stuor2017, table tennis store, BEO and DHS store). BEO is good. I have used BEO in the past. We all know that DHS store cannot be really official DHS store since it carries other brands. Every time I buy from Aliexpress, I am ready for the slim chance that some sellers will not follow through so we will see!!!

I am running out of rubbers. I just got a bunch of Mercury II from BEO arriving a couple days ago. Plus, I am pretty picky with my blades so my DHS Bo carbon and Donic Waldner Senco carbo are stripped of rubber. I have other back-up blades I can strip rubbers from to test out the new blades.

If I don't like a blade, I rather have it sitting naked then taking up my precious rubber. We will also see if AK-47 lives up to its hype on the forum as a backhand rubber!

Imo, ak47 is excellent. But i far prefer the red sponge. Which did you get?

Look forward to your review. Please compare the Bo2 with the 970Alc.

I have Bo carbon (original version), not Bo 2 carbon. I like Bo carbon fine. I just could not get as much spin on the ball as I would like on the serve (compared to Gambler Blackout carbon) so I stripped its rubber and moved on.

Yes once I get the shipment I will see how 970 ALC plays.

I got the 38-40 degree for AK47. I am used to 39 degree in H3 neo (since I buy it in bulk from TT11). I have a sheet of 41 degree Big Dipper and I do not like it; it feels a bit hard so I went with 38-40 degree for AK 47.

You know the 38-40 blue sponge is not the same scale as dhs? This is very soft rubber.

I didnt even know there is an original bo carbon. Do you have a link?

How is it different from bo2?

Yes, from my purchase of Yinhe Big Dipper 41 degree, I realized that different manufacturers from China have different scales. I just purchased the softest and go from there! I am not looking to replace my forehand rubber, H3 neo 39 degree. I am still in search for a good backhand rubber so I am looking at softer Chinese rubbers for now. I only got one sheet so I will see!

My USATT rating? Maybe 1700?

Please see below for the links to DHS Bo carbon and DHS Bo carbon B2x from TT11. I bought my DHS Bo carbon maybe in 2019? That was the only version back then. After that Bo carbon B2x came out. They look pretty similar to me so I have no desire to buy another one. B2x is 0.1mm thicker and faster. I already feel that I don't get enough dwell time on Bo carbon so pass on B2x.
