need help

Hi every body I have a problem which is that there is almost a war here in my country, so i cant keep going to my club everyday :( because it's too dangerous.

I'm just wondering if there's any practices that i can do at home. I need some ideas

Extremely sorry that you have war around you at the moment and that its difficult for you to get to training, I hope everything sorts itself out soon.

You could do a lot of table tennis sports specific exercises at home to increase your fitness components for the game. For example, skipping is good each day for footwork, lunges, squats ect are great to. I am sure you can find some useful youtube videos on good home exercises for body work outs.


In terms of table tennis, you could practice your serves on your carpet at home. Practice serving and getting the spin on the ball, getting the feel and watching the ball spin on your carpet. I did this to improve my serves... I'm sure other members have some great ideas for you :)
