New poly balls with old table tennis robots

Since I have a table tennis robot at home, I am wondering if the new poly balls will be compatible or not with the robots suited for the current celluloid balls. Or possibly new robots will be made suited for poly balls? If anyone has any knowledge about this or possibly tried the poly balls in robots could you let me know? Thanks

Most robots head is adjustable.
About a year ago, there has been people posting on forums stating they had no issues with the new ball.
I don't think this should be a major problem
With 38mm to 40mm, new heads was required
this 39.5 to 40.2 should be less problem
