New setup

Hey guys
My friend want new setup.
He asked me what is the best choice for him.
I recommended him Galaxy 896 or W-6 blade on bh-kokutaku tokyo and on fh-super 999t topsheet with custom sponge.
Now,i really dont know much about sponges-what would be the best sponge for the super 999t topsheet

I think it's hard to say because it's very individual and i think it really depends on his type of game style.
What was his earlier setup and why did he feel the need for an upgrade?

Hard sponged rubbers do NOT go well on the 896 or W6, those are the two blades from this list I have experience with.

Chinese rubbers will work on either, but hard sponge will make it feel and sound like a brick.

Genius and Aurus soft are great rubbers for either, so is Aurus, but you are prolly looking to minimize cost.

Try to get everything from same seller to save on shipping.

I use the 999 topsheet on either Quattro or air sponge. Just don't get the sponge too hard and you'll like both, they spin up really good.

Yeah i think i made same mistake with hard sponge and stiff blades because the feel is not that good as i wanted to be.
But for me its pretty good because i am getting used to it.
And about him his budget is limited and was looking for some rubbers and i think friendship aurora or xiom vega(aurora is much cheaper) are best options for 896 blade

He used premade racket joola 4 all and that racket was toooo much slow
