How would you play against a hitter?

This player at my club plays fairly ordinary but any ball to his forehand is hit full power with a sort of "lift smash". Being hit with full power, it's near impossible to return.

You have to find something that troubles this player.

Ask yourself a few questions to explore some things.

Can you keep it short on first ball? Can you attack first? Can you change spins without him seeing it? Can you place the ball to his elbow and make him step (and miss)? Can you make a heavy spin deep? Can you change up spins on serve to dominate with a strong 3rd ball aatack? Can you safely receive at least ONE of his serves o a spot he will not attack, then attack his return sucessfully?

These are a few ideas, but it comes down to depriving him of his high percentage chances.
