why these tape thingies at the bottom of the handles?
To protect the handle against accidental hits with the table, or better weight distribution, or better grip, or just for the style 😎
Correct - better grip :)
I feel like I have much more confidence in holding the racket when I have something at the end of the handle - I feel that with those the racket will not slip and not leave my hand

A little lower weight balance is an additional bonus, but not main objective of that

If that was the case pro players would use it
H3 of course is one the most durable rubbers ever made, more sponge hardness options and takes time to break into. That's why I said Big dipper is unmatched right out of the packet, as well as Yinhe J3 Asia.

View attachment 40813DHS HL5 Golden CPen, DHS H3N Provincial Blue Sponge 42°, BTY Dignics 09c 😎The 42° from PROTT is surprisingly bouncy when I used it a few months ago and it weighed much less than my 41° I bought from PROTT

Tell me more on that DHS H3N 42 from PROTT, I use 40 and I am happy with it - after three layers of booster that is, two right before attaching it the first time, one more 2-3 weeks later. I am afraid to think how many layers of booster that monster need :D

When I used it on my N301, it was shooting off the blade and the process hardness I used never did that. I boosted it 4 times I believe, but that's good amounts with that hardness? Unweighted with protector on is 73 grams with no booster added 🙂 It's 40 USD so it's a very good price and I don't waiting 2 weeks for it to ship to the US

Did you test it?... Did you buy it with the press machine or only that device?... I'm not sure if buy it or not because I don't know if it will work properly without the press machine
I tested it.. doesn't work well with a dowel/rod to put pressure on it. You need a lot of force to press the knife band through the rubber. I managed to cut the rubber partially here and there.
I guess a press is what you need to use this frame best.

Agree. I find that if I have 2 good boards, I can put the bat between (with handle hanging over the edge obvs} and put the whole thing on the floor and then stand on it. A press would be easier, but so expensive to ship from China. If i was bothered enough, I would look for something similar locally.

That sound like a hassle free solution

I bought Stuor 1-ply Hinoki (at least it says so) from Aliexpress for 35 EUR along with Yinhe Moon Mid-hard on BH and Double Fish Volant Phoenix 39 degrees on FH. So far it plays well, although compared to my 729 Blue ALC feeling is strange xD.
