I think it depends on level. A good 14 year old kid can play with whatever he or she fancies. My 11 year old kid has a 184g racket. He had a 172g when he was 7.

Beginners usually start with for example a Allround Classic or Appelgren Allplay with beginners rubbers = Light racket.

184g is much to heavy. Every Kid at every level at 11 years can handle a light racket easier
Ok! He is top three in our country and plays with Clipper, Stiga DNA Platinum M on both sides, hard to get it lighter its standard equipment here. As long as you have fast armswing and move quick from backhand to forehand its alright. In asia many kids plays with Viscaria, H3 and Tenergy 05, hard to get it under 180g.

Perfectly OK, it’s better to get used to the weight early on…
