I pimped my mizunos with sidas 3feet run protect high. Feels much better and my feet are less tired after training.

I wrote it on a forum a while ago. I've had osteochondritis on both knees due to sailing for a decade and almost got surgery that would've put me out of sports for good. Get custom made anatomic soles, get measurements from a sports doctor, however it's called, and get them built. Then pick a tt shoe and play. Butterfly shoes are wide and fit mine well. I don't know for other brands. Only tt shoes though because with others you can misstep and fracture something. Cushioning doesn't do anything if there's damage on the bones, muscles or tendons, it would only delay but not prevent.

I have knee pain and was diagnosed with symptoms of runner's knee. I tried Dr. Scholls Sports insoles but they were not effective in my case. I have high arches in both feet. I started using custom insoles from Road Runner Sports in my area and they have helped me a lot.
