Yep Ryu couldn't hold on, Wang Hao's WTTC hopes continue with a 4-3 win after two clean cut sets 11-3 and 11-6 after being 3-2 down. Ovtcharov recorded a 4-0 drumming against Kishikawa of Japan, no upsets happening yet! Wang Hao will come up against Jun Mizutani in the Quarter Finals, could be interesting stuff. Steger just clashing with Ma Lin now.

Some wicked matches coming up in the mens tonight! Womens is now an all China affair with Feng Tianwei dismissed 4-0 in her quarter final match. Games I'm really looking forward to are Zhang Jike v Joo (Zhang's domination over Joo at the World Cup was inspiring), Xu Xin v Wang Liqin, Timo Boll v Ovtcharov etc
