Both Rxton 3 pink and blue are cheaper than H3 neo. Both tacky, both springy & both are fast enough for BH, with blue being faster than pink.

I used Moon 12 H- on my BH and really like it, recently I switched to H3 neo 38 and can adapt to it right away since the hardness is the same as my Moon 12. So maybe it will work for you too

Neither. It's hard but there's an extra hard that's harder still.

Think of it like A- vs A+. The minus just means lower end of A. It doesn't downgrade it to a B+ (that would be M+)

Most people like playing with the M- since it has some bounce. M+ will be a bit more dead with higher top end speed.
