Hey, i'd like to change my hayabusa's zx handle a bit. now its fl, but i like st handle more. tried to use grips but still not that comfortable. So maybe can someone give me tips by sanding handle? would be perfect with pictures. and blade's head feels a bit heavy, so maybe should i sand to st and put some weight inside it? or just try to change ignito's handle (st) and put into hayabusa?thanks, tom :)

Nah, you just use a little elbow greese with a piece of sandpaper or one of those sanding sponges and knowing when to add the pressure with your palm. You can try to go along the vertical end of handle, but that will leave the sides not rounded out very well, so you need to account for that too. You can go only perpendicular, but that is real slow progress. I say do some vertical to towards outside bottom, then perpendicular.

Regardless, it will require touch of when to apply pressure and a lot of time/patience.

The end result will make you blade even moar head heavy, so you have another surgery to do to balance it out to your liking. At first, try only a few paperclips as reinforcing material and fill only one side with wood glue. That will add around 10-15 grams depending on how hollow your handle and blade were. Often, that is enough weight added low to balance it out right nice.
