Sending mail to China (address)

I bought something on eBay and need to return it to china, but I'm a little confused about the address, how to write the address down. So this is how I got the address from the guy I need to send to:

nie bin
beijingshi ,chaoyangqu ,chaofengjiayuan ,
chaofengjiayuan ,15 haoyuan , 10 haolou ,1 danyuan , 102 shi
china
Phone: 11213141516

Can I just print it out like that? Or does something need to be in a different order?

If send by international express you'd better do some change and write as follows on waybill:
Consignee: Nie Bin
The Address in English is : 102 room, No.1, Unit. Building 10, No. 15 block, Chao Feng Jia Yuan.
(But I think the telphone number is not correct.)

If translate into Chinese is as follows:
中国 北京市朝阳区 朝丰家园
15号院，10号楼1单元102室
聂斌 收

You could print both the English address and Chinese address on waybill (or print the Chinese address on a paper then stick it on the carton), may be that is better.
