i was thinking of purchasing my first shoes specifically for table tennis but i dont know which one to chose, i love the design of the mizuno wave drive series but i dont know if they will hold up to a slightly rough concrete playing area.

any suggestions?
Yeah I suggest you find a table tennis club that has sports flooring to play at if at all possible. Bare concrete is pretty hard on your joints even if you have decent shoes.

I tried using TT shoes for playing pickleball on a hardcourt. The outsoles wore down significantly in just a few sessions. Bad idea.

You need to be using shoes with outsoles specifically formulated for harder surfaces. I'd go for all-court tennis shoes that are light. Tennis generally requires way more support than table tennis, so the heavier and more structured shoes are overkill. The minimalist ones will have the right outsoles for durability and grip, have enough cushion and lateral support for hard surfaces, and also be maneuverable enough for TT (though they will feel slightly more clunky than TT shoes).

Here are some options: https://runrepeat.com/guides/best-lightweight-tennis-shoes but there are many more. I'd aim for shoes around 350g or under for size 9.5 US.

Yes,

You buy the shoes that come with a fully funded dual knee replacement after 3 years if you are not already in a wheelchair.
