Short pips

Impartial XS is the spinniest one and feels like inverted , i reccomend you
802-40 are also very spinny on 35 degrees supersoft sponge with booster or SpinPips Blue/Red .

is it easier to consistently backhand loop with tensor rubbers or short pips
With pips only underspin balls could be looped realiably all other must be hit/block, so i found your idea too use pips on BH looping a bit strange/

TSP Spectol Red was the fastest thing I've ever played with on pips.

I loved the new tuned sponge on that rubber. But I hated the Spectol topsheet. And I thought 802 was a classic SP. 802 was far & away spinner than Spectol which is borderling MP if you ask me.

Anyways. If you like a classic low grip fast SP, that's your rubber. If you want that same thing just with more spin. Like an 802-40 ish. They have the same rubber but it's TSP spinpips. Never tried that but that would be interesting.
