slight damage in blade

whats the best way of dealing with a chip or dent in a blade? my first guess varnish?

You may try to use plastic wood to fill the splinter.

ahh ok coz i have the damage similar to the second picture at the bottom of the pic

Sometimes I just leave it alone. But what Danny showed is good. It depends on the size of the ding and how many dings there are. But a blade that has a few dings, well, it has some battle scars and character. I like that.

Few dings are OK, no need to be fixed.
But if the ding is going to cause some splintering from the top ply, it should be fix asap.

I've had this blade for around 4 years. I switch out my rubbers every 4 months or so. so like 25 rubbers
