final update after i removed the rubber from my blade.
I only used it on the forehand and when i did the first comparison to rakza Z, the Rakza Z rubber was already used quite a bit while the Stiga DragonPower was new. After a few sessions the DragonPower became more lively and it is not keeping that dampening effect anymore. It is not uncontrollable, but now more lively than the Rakza Z so i got no point in using it.
It is basically the same with the all the not really sticky rubbers. You will simply get a little less spin on the short game with it.
I just put a Yasaka Shining Dragon 2 onto that blade and this one is a little sticky and actually very dampening in terms of stickiness. If you put the ball onto the blade and tilt it a little the speed with which it rolls with is quite slow (currently). It remains to be seen how the rubber changes, but the advertised data does look promising:

What i can say already is that i can do backspin serves that bounce three times on the opponents side which is nearly impossible to me with the other more lively rubbers.
