so my coach was doing loops right and I can block 5 of them in the correct place, then I send it on the side of the forehand sometimes. Is this a habit because I know the techniques but I block all over the place that’s what my coach said to me.

Here are a few tips but I’m sure your coach already told you

Keep a low stance . Find the good distance to the table. Your racket should not be too close to your body. Close the angle of the racket. Always Go a little bit to the ball don’t just wait for it. Neutral position with the racket a bit high to be able to cover a spinny ball. Be relaxed

Because you don't push the racket in the direction you want the ball to go. You just hold your racket there and hope for the best. If you consistently make a movement towards where you want the ball to go the problem goes away.
