My issue has little to do with age, much more to do with pips, on the age front, I am pretty patient, but let's remember that Yuto was also a beast as a junior. Sun Yang is still clearly in development, my issues have little to do with his results. I am focused much more on his competition within the team.

Wouldn’t be a surprise if CNT has him as a once-a-month or once-a-fortnight training partner with the women’s A team if their schedules line up.

For now it would be a win-win, he can develop consistency if solely focused on chopping and the women’s team arguably have someone stronger than Hashimoto to practice against.
