I have a spare innerforce carbon blade and i would like to perhaps switch from European type to chinese tacky rubbers. I train 5 hours a week-ish. Is there a backhand type rubber that is light tensor like that you would recommend? (Under €40ish would be referred)
Depends on how strong your backhand is and if you want to use booster...
H3Neo 37° can be a very good backhand rubber. Stable, very spinny, not the slowest out there on full power strokes. If boosted too much can be quite demanding to control when blocking. Had that recently when training with a lefty where I had to block his full power forehand loops. Twiddling to my FH 39° H3 made that much easier...
H8-80 37° also a good backhand rubber. Also stable and spinny, easier to get speed out and with better feedback/feeling than H3N 37°.
Skyline 3-60 37°. Haven't played myself (yet) but got good reviews. Also available with a softer sponge.
Btw.: H3N and H8-80 perform way better than the BlueStorm Z2 in humid conditions especially when one plays shots with a thin contact but both want to be played a bit more active with a bit more power than the very bouncy Z2.
Palio AK47 Red (the hardest AK47) is nowhere near a Z2, Aurus, H3 or H8. Nonetheless a good rubber considering its price.
