ITTF comissioner in charge of financial matters does not seem a person of sufficient intellect. Why so? Let me keep silent about this.

The black cover is Target 3 National Blue Sponge, Silver is Target National orange sponge, Gold is Target Pro orange sponge, Blue is Target Pro Blue Sponge. There is another silver packaging Target 3 Pro, newer version of Target Pro, orange sponge.

Just a taught, but does Pro mean Provincial?

Gold is with blue sponge. I just glued one. Provincial has a red cover.

So all those 4 rubbers have blue sponge. It makes it completely unreadable for the customer. Why silver package is 30$ when Target 3 dark blue is 15$? Why is there a Pro and a National version? It would be nice if the one advertising for Sanwei on this forum could enlighten us.

Blue Packaging Labelled, “Target Pro”

Seeing target 3 pro blue sponge with that blue packaging, it looks like this. Topsheet labelled 62-001, with old design.

Also found this, but doesn’t explain the shiny covered gold or red ones.

All these are labelled 62-001, and have the old top sheet design as seen in the first picture. Maybe the shiny covered ones are differentiated in sponge thickness. But, the shiny red covered Target Pro has the yellow coloured spring sponge and new topsheet with 62-021 code, but labelled Provincial.

That's wrong. I have the silver one and it has blue sponge. I believe silver is Target National 2 often called "new".
If it's the one from the Sanwei link below, it seems the silver package has blue sponge.
