DHS are definitely upping their game, 37 degree H3 National is on its way , or already available in China.
the sheet of H3 provincial 37 degree I have, when boosted is quicker, has better spin when looping than D09C and has great feel and more dwell, throw is higher but kick is still great.
So DHS are looking to dominate the Chinese backhand market (Which they probably do anyway!!), and by producing a softer sponge top sheet combo that is at least equal to an equivalent ESN / spring sponge rubber combo, but with better spin and control could possibly knock Butterfly back as far as BH rubbers are concerned as well.
interesting to see what will happen over the next year or so.
