Timo Boll received an injury during his match in today's German League. Will this effect his WTTC participation? What's the latest news...

It´s only a strain of his abdominals, so i think he will be fine soon

According to Tabletennista, it's his pectoralis muscle (chest muscle). This muscle group is responsible for forceful forehand stroke.

Looks like he strained it during first few points into the game and play through two games before decided to call it....

would be really bitter since he's not the youngest player any more.....

Timo get injured while warming up. He jerked his letf shoulder. So he was playing this match without any forehand.
I hope he is getting well for the world championships in paris!
