Hi, I am Sebastian, 20 years old, play table tennis since a year, am 195cm tall, weight ~93kg. I want to get more serious with tt therefore I need to improve my stamina and speed.
Im not sure how to split running,work-out and tt-training. Here is my first idea. Please let me know what you think and leave suggestions.
(running+work-out in the morning)

Monday: work-out, tt-training
Tuesday: 45min running, tt-training
Wednesday: tt-training
Thursday: 45min running
Friday: tt-training
Saturday: work-out
Sunday: ----

Too much?

That's a good balance I think, start the week with a workout, evenly spaced runs over the week a handful of table tennis sessions, end the week with a workout then a day to recover. It's a good base plan :)

Improving your core is a good start with resistance high intensity training. factor rest/nutrition/hydration/variety.

Improving stamina is great, but you need balance.

Nothing improves TT conditioning like TT itself, especially those single ball drills that require rapid/explosive movement, strong hitting, and recovery.
