It's hard to see even on half speed, but I have a suspicion that you are making loose contact.
What I mean is you are not tightening your grip when the ball hits your blade, but you do it afterwards, when you point upward with your BH.
If that happens, you are basically flailing the bat and that would explain both the inconsistency and the lack of power/engagement of the rubber.

are you supposed to tighten your grip when you hit? Just on vs backspin? Nobody's told me that. I always just hear loose as possible

I don't think I could time that if I tried

I’m aware, i’m kind trying to do it, but miss timing often and can’t aply the friction the way i want to

Remember this my friend,

1.Engage core when looping.
2.Half Squat then explode upwards.
3.Let the legs do 90% of the job.

You are doing all these. Awesome!
engage core, have a little hollow back.
stand deep, deeper then you think you have to, load hip.
hip rotates upwards like a spiral staircase
