So this is the point I am trying to make. Don't think that radically improving something is the need of the hour. Improvement in table tennis does not happen as in you start winning against somebody who you were losing badly to earlier. It happens point by point. so say some body was beating you 11-3 will now beat you 11-5, thats an improvement. Or even that you are still losing 11:3 but playing more balls in a rally .
Hence, take all the feedback and try to work on them in practice, but do not lose heart and think you radically need to improve something.Instead keep a record of your scores and try to remember how you many balls you are playing on the table in a rally , even the smallest things matter in table tennis.
When playing matches you need to be smart about what your skills and how you can use them to their fullest . Hence, you need to train yourself so that when you are out of breath your brain does not stop functioning , this is very important and not easy to achieve.
Good Luck !

Unfortunately, I was placing them down the line which was his forehand and hereby throwing the advantage to him. I know i should have done better in placements.
