Has it been 100% established that tt-japan sells Mizuno products only in Japan? Or maybe they have ceased selling Mizuno in general?

Ok last post on this matter from me, but I went on the japanese mizuno site and surfed over to tt and finally shoes. I got a popup from a 3rd party called, "Buyee" stating they ship to my country (thailand) and 117 others. So, while it appears Tt- japan may be out for Mizuno shipping, the main site may be all you need. Good luck, everyone.

Maybe the policy of Mizuno doesn't allow to sell to other countries!
I understand why they would have such a policy, but it is frustrating that they don't bring the full range into the UK.

Looks like I'm going to have to find an alternative to their Wave Medal SP5. The BOA closure system makes so much sense for table tennis, but I've always had to buy them from Japan because they aren't sold here.

Looks like I'm going to have to find an alternative to their Wave Medal SP5. The BOA closure system makes so much sense for table tennis, but I've always had to buy them from Japan because they aren't sold here.
you should voice your opinion to Mizuno in England who which ever agent that covers your country.
The more people voice it, they might just start to bring it in.

they are obviously telling the board that no one is interest in table tennis shoes and no one is asking about it.

I did, they didn't respond, although they did add me to their mailing list 🤷

Previously bought from them and received my goods quite quickly in UK (within a week). Placed an order 2 weeks ago but it still only says processing. Emailed twice but heard nothing back. So I'm stuck not sure whether the goods will arrive before I leave Hong Kong (on holiday so asked to ship to HK to avoid custom, vat etc). Don't even know whether I can cancel the order as they not responding to email :( anyone had similar experience?

Weird, I did only one order, but communication was great. Hope u getvit sorted. Can u call them on Line or something?

'Contact us' page only allow option to email. I used Google to translate my email into japanese, don't think they provided any further contact information.

I'll wait for another few days, if still heard nothing back and no progress to the order I hope PayPal can step in and help. 🤞

I had a similar experience.
I've sent dozen e-mails asking about product availability and other stuff and never got a reply back.
Thinking that was something wrong with my e-mail account, I tried 1-2 other e-mail addresses, never got replied back to them either...

A friend of mine however says that he always gets replies back, but after a few days.... Weird

the customer service is not up to standards, for the ones that said communication is good - hopefully they can advise how to communicate with the seller.

shipping to a 3rd country is not that simple
HK also have customs/vat, and it could take 1 day or could take 1 week in customs in HK.
In some countries, you need to register yourself on the customs system to receive international goods.

Unless you are asking a friend to receive for you, you got some leverage.
but if you are in HK for a limited time, there is always going to be some risks of you not getting it during the course of your visit, unless you are visiting for many weeks.

I would say, cancel your order and buy in HK, if that is an option.

Ordered in advance before I even depart but yea I agree there is always risk when the window is small. Let's wait and see. Financially it does not make too big a different, I just like their service from last time hence rather buy from them again instead of trying to hunt for another shop locally. Just odd how this experience differs from my order just 2 months ago so much

when you get your things, its 100% - which should be expected.

That is why I highlighted customer service part in my first post in this thread.

To me, the customer service is too poor (I had many people asking if I can help out, of which I can't).
they probably understaffed to handle emails, because it seems to be many people with email problems, but then also some having no issues

Quick update, emailed them via the email address provided by PayPal, received an update within a day. Appear that supplier changed location hence delayed shipping. They estimate to be able to post my toys on Wednesday so Im still hopeful I'll receive them before my trip ends.

So ideally I would like this to be communicated to me instead of having to email and check from my side. However, they do reply their email :)

Unfortunately, I have the same experience. Have asked about availability and only met with total silence! This led me to put in an order for an out of production Joola blade I couldn't find anywhere else. The web store indicated it would be in stock, but in the end there were none. They got back to me quickly and asked me if I would like any replacement products or the money back, so in some sense they have a good customer support!

In the same order, they sent me the wrong color of one of the rubbers. When I pointed that out upon receival, without hesitation they sent me the correct color free of charge! Well done, tt-japan!

So my order was shipped on the date that TT-japan told me it would. The items arrived very quickly after that and I managed to pick them up before I left hong kong.

Overall, the communication could have been better but ultimately my order did arrive. What I like about TT-japan vs other shops like from taobao is that I know the product will be genuine and wont be second guessing it.
I find contacting them via their website page to be useless. I managed to email them via the email provided by paypal and that yielded me a reply within a day.
