I’m not totally sure, but he way I read it, I would say yes. As it’s a ‘national championship’ could be different for juniors though.

It would be great to know how good actual playing condition is in your own club. Just place your phone on the table's topboard and use the luxometer application onboard.
Our best result is 280 lx on the centre court. Honestly, we have rather insufficient lighting level that is gonna to degrade my eyesight before too long.
