Haha, you think Sanwei are bad, check out the number of DHS H3 versions there are!!!
Usually it’s a quality control thing with regard to National/Provincial/Commercial versions, National passing more stringent quality control measures, plus different sponges, different sponge hardnesses, factory boosted, different pimple patterns etc.
I never used any Sanwei Target rubbers, see if you can ‘google’ some reviews or click search on here and punch in Sanwei Target National and you should get a few hits!!! 😁
