I'm doing some research on the topic and I'd like to hear what exercises have worked on you as individual players on our level. Articles are good and all, but most are focused around national level players.

2 areas I'm especially interested in, close lateral movement, and change in legs position between fh and bh.

All of the above, starting slow with focus on balance, working up to fast (i.e., faster than your typical game speed) multiball.
