I came across this rubber online, but there are no reviews online or anything about it anyplace. It looks like they have two versions, spin and speed. Has anyone tried it? https://sportexpertthailand.com/product/largestorm-spin/

Little bit of Google shows results from around 2013 and a few later than that. Think it's just an older rubber that never really took off. Looks like it was high tension short pips as the LARC says pips out but not much info to go off.
