What is the difference of DHS Hurricane 8 VS Hurricane 8-80 rubber.

I've recently switched to H8-80 37° unboosted on my backhand.

One thing that I'm noticing, and it is confirmed by my club opponents, is that the shots (loops, push, blocks, whatever...) coming from this rubber are more difficult to handle for my opponent.

This is something remarkable and worth noting.

Is H8-80 40* unboosted better than normal Battle II (blue sponge), H8 or Big dipper for Fh ? ( all unboosted )

H8-80 is only 37 or 38 degrees

Any thing 37 and 38 on the DHS scale is for BH. 39 plus is for FH

Never tried the other rubbers you're listing. H8-80 is meant for BH but depending on own level can be safely used on FH. Only 37 or 38 degree.
