What rubbers have the strongest reaction to booster?

I have a Stiga DNA Platinum H in my Ovtcharov Alc. It feels very hard for my backhand and I'm not at all liking it. Can I boost it? Does it softens and improves the quality?
You can try using a couple layers of Falco Tempo Long, it tends to work better than Chinese boosters for European sponges.

JESUS LOVES YOU ALL, BUT STIPULATING TO ...

Jesus also taught people that those who commit nasty sins and boosting rubbers persistently will receive eternal punishment in hell. And they got indignant, and they nailed Him up on the top of the hill. Yet, Jesus then happily resurrected in a blaze of glory.

Jesus loves you all in hope people will eventually redeem their sins by rejecting the fraudulence of rubber boosting.

Common, it's just 1g of booster, 1 small layer... Only to make it flat again, perhaps tiny stretch... Have a compassion, it's hard to glue it otherwise...

one of those i commented on, for example is Big Dipper, and I was with pros testing it, and they just can't get the kick at high gear shots. no booster can fix that.

Thank you, I thought something is wrong with me...

Anyway, 1 more comment. I just glued a Xuperman H40 rubber (not new) to replace the DFVP H40, and I boosted it slightly to make it flat... And it is now bigger than my blade head, so I'll cut the overlap... This happens always... And that is also why if I do 2 such cycles, the rubber will tend to bubble... Either it will be spent, or it will bubble... Always the same story... So I tend to boost lightly, and strong reaction is not necessarily something which makes me happy... Cheers.

How does Xuperman play compared to DFVP?

Do you boost new sheet of zgr or after it lose some durability?
Basically new. Played a few sessions with it unboosted, then tried boosting it. It has one of the most remarkable transformations with booster. It's honestly a lot of fun with it boosted.

I maybe try to boost my new zgr, bc after one session i kinda like it, but if this rubber would be a bit softer - I think it will be even better. How much layers of booster did you use on it?

Do you have the Rhyzen ZGR (Tronix) or do you have the Dynaryz ZGR?

I used 2 layers of booster, but 95% of the transformation was after just 1 layer of booster.

i am not an EJ (i am a cheapskate) but here r my experiences ever since i had seamoon.

reactor tornado v5 is better with booster but i find it to be too soft for the FH. otherwise, it has nice spin. it is pretty damn good on BH after the tackiness wears off a little.

reactor thunder already came factory boosted but i like to put additional 2 thin layers on a new sheet. it also played better when boosted (obviously the magic juice makes everything better)

the spin is pretty remarkable and the speed is really good too, a bit too much for me to handle sometimes when put on an outer carbon blade. the sponge dies after 3 months if u play a lot like i do (2-3 days a week for two hrs minimum) esp boosted.

so there's the underrated reactor rubbers (thanks yogi bear for the recommendation)..... and then there's the 729 battle lineup i have a love-hate relationship with.

i dont recommend people boost battle 2 blue sponge bc it already plays well(?) out of the package unboosted.

there is not much reaction to seamoon, even with the prov orange. the only noticeable difference is that they're faster and feels softer after boosting. spin remains the same. the already low throw angle (throw angle is a bit iffy of a topic to me) became even lower.

battle max pro is the same. i havent used b2 gold, national bs and b3 yet.

i am looking forward to DHS rubbers to see if they're really all that, but it is surprisingly hard to get my hands on a sheet of skyline 2 outside of tt11.
Which rubber is lighter weight. Reactor Thunder or Tornado V5.

Thank you sir.
Best regards,

I have Dynaryz ZGR - I find overall quality of this rubber/sponge is pretty good and speed/spin is descent. But a bit softer would be even better. I maybe try one layer - then will see how it performs

Dynaryz wont have the same effect with booster.

How does Xuperman play compared to DFVP?

This will be a bit unfair. The DFVP was kind of old, I had it on my spare blade, didn't use it much, and now, off-season, I decided to spend it, among others. The first one was C55, I mentioned it earlier. The DFVP was second one, it rel. quickly turned kind of greyish when I started playing with it, and at the end lost the grip a bit, esp. in slower shots. I was kind of closely watching its degradation, same as with the C55, and I'm pretty sure I removed it (both actually) at the right time for me ;-) - and both earlier than I expected... The Xuperman PP-X still has enough grip, it's joy to play again with it.

I remember you said you like DFVP, and I agree, for its price its a very good rubber, in a certain family of rubbers, like H3 BS, Rxton 9, Xuperman PP-X, B2 BS, Victas TDE. But while I like it, if I had to describe it in one word, I'd have to say: mediocre. In this family, the sponge response is kind of similar, but the top-sheet response of the DFVP feels for me, as I said, mediocre. It's not bad at all, don't misunderstand (there are other rubbers in the family, like STN, which I simply dislike), but you know some other rubbers can bring more. E.g. both the R9 and Xuperman have more elastic top-sheet, the R9's feels a bit thinner, than Xuperman's, but both nicely elastic. You need it to have the feeling of grabing the ball. The Xuperman is only 1g cut heavier than DFVP, so both are a bit heavier than e.g. H3 BS.

So, I'll now spend the Xuperman PP-X, and I'll enjoy it, but I already now that I won't use it again. It's not that easy to obtain it for me, in Europe, and I can't say I prefer it to R9, which is cheaper and easier to get. Now I have 2 half-spent R9 rubbers waiting in line, and then H3 Neo BS. I'll stay with one of those two. It will depend on whether or not I'll recognize that I enjoy H3 BS more than R9... Cheers.

J3 - 5/5.
Loki N80 - 3/5 + oil - 5/5
LAC - 2/5
Gold Arc 8 - 1/5 + oil 3/5
G1 - 2/5
PK50 - 2/5
G09C - 3/5
I gotta disagree with J3 and LAC.

I found LAC had a very decent reaction to booster, at least a 3.

I found J3 had almost no reaction to booster, so maybe 1.

I can agree with you about the LAC, I didn't apply much booster, because it's already pretty fast. As for the J3, all my old rubbers respond well to the booster, but the last time I bought a J3 in red, 40 hardness, and right out of the box it was just great, much faster than the J3s out of the box I had played with before. After a month, the speed dropped and the response to the seamun was much lower than usual.Perhaps you got rubber from the same batch as me?
