Lol Yosua I was just about to say something to you. H3 is actually quite good at chopping. Although you really need a flexible blade for it. How flexible is that Donic blade?

You got it right man :)
But I chose the Neo which is softer but by no mean mushy. Hope it works well without sacrificing too much control. Too bad the minimum thickness in the shop was the max.
The Donic blade is soft and flexible TTdb rate it 3 out of 10. Should be good but can't say now because I haven't tried it myself.
