Hey guys

I thought it would be fun if we wrote what number ranking you guys are in your country, and maybe also which number you have been at your best.

For example i am about 6000 in Denmark.

My England rank at its highest is about 63 at u15 but I never play many tournaments (I'm a foreign player) so it should be higher...

Well before my poor year last year I was 52nd Mens aiming for top 25-30. Was top 20 when I was under 13, 15 and 18

Retired so no ranking. I just play invitational nowadays, highest was 2671 ETTA 1992/3 (when I was 23/24 years old).

I hadn't realised you played in England Azlan.. awesome stuff, I hear it was a great era to play in.

What players back then can you rememeber? Be interesting to see if they are still around now

I can't recall that many Dan. I remember my doubles Robert Lamb whom I usually partner with. Also Kevin Pilgrim, Upson (can't remember his 1st name),Stevie Buck and Brian Hargreaves. I'm still in contact with Bob, and he came to Malaysia a few times to play while on vacation.

Though I played competitively, I couldn't play as much as I wanted to. I only trained 2/3 times a week. Played 4 world tour (open) qualifying tournaments. Managed to get into the 1st round in one, but can't remember which one. It was either in 1991/92/93. Travelling were all on my expenses and it was really tough.
