Maze has had an knee injury and this is what he said on his website to you fans



"....Hi everyone,
Although, my knee injury has caused me to take a long break for up to 5 months, I am doing my best to recover. I am actively in the process of rehabilitation and I am trying my best to keep spirits high. I was very disappointed that I was not able to defend my title in the European Championship. Furthermore, I am gutted that I cannot help my new club UMMC in the Champions League, but I hope to be back strongly in 2011.

.... i am still working hard on my return. I train and work out twice a day, and things are going according to plan. I expect to be back at the tables in the beginning of 2011.

It is very frustrating and hard not to be able to play, but i want to thank all of you for your support. I look forward to see you all soon in the big tournaments.

i was also surprised that he didnt played european championship ..
and i also like his style of game ....
May he recover soon .. and will do a blast when back at table tennis ..
