Who are the guys with the laptops at Japan open 2018?

Like just behind the playing area but in front of the audience there are a dozen or so people (3 rows), some are dressed in suits, sitting with laptops in front of them. They look like business(wo)men lol.

Who are they? I don't think i saw these in china open or other tournaments

I guess they're helping to make some stats, clicking here or there every time there's a FH instead of a BH or such things
