Why did DHS skipped 4, 5, 6, 7?

Between old H3 and Neo H3, it is litterally the same #20 sponge or #22 sponge. And the "tune" on the sponge, is not a boost layer, but more a treatment to make the sponge more resistant. Official statement by DHS.
Hybrid is springy sponge with small buble like Tenergy/modern tensor sponge with tacky topsheet. ESN like tacky rubber basically. Also, feelingwise an Hybrid is dynamic and easy to use/make it work with small swing. Spinart, Vega China, H3 Neo are not considered dynamic or easy to use.
Plus, I have been arround on the forum, you are the only one calling H3 neo hybrid. In everyone minds, the hybrid to EN goes like the following. H3 (Neo or not feels the same to me) > Vega China > Rakza Z/ Dignics 09C > NUZN/Bluegrip > Dignics 05/Rakza X and co > Tenergy/MXP/Bluefire

I know that some early form of Hybrid or even thick sponge thin topsheet (like Zyre) existed a while ago, but never picked up the hype, because of the old ball not needing such a grip. Tacky rubber as grown recently, because the P-ball spins less than the C-ball, and to compensate, brand started implementing tacky topsheet. Also, the ball being heavier, harder sponge were needed and tacky topsheet works better with hard sponge.
The heck are you talking about? H3 came pre-boosted. It's basically what DHS printed on the back of the cover. Tacky with livelier sponge is what hybrid is. In that sense, H3 Neo is a hybrid especially the recent version where it's only slightly tacky.

Like I said, you have no experience with real Chinese rubber if you think Neo, SpinArt, and Vega China to be not dynamic. They are pretty dynamic compared to unglued globe 999 national and super 729.

I have had a chance to talk to many Indian pro players and they all agree on the tables being very different part.

In India, the main tables found everywhere are STAG. This table is very fast, very bouncy and rewards flat shots a lot. That's why I think many Indian pros are fond of flat shots because they are used to practicing on Stag tables. In addition, Stag balls also spin less than DHS balls. So flat balls + flat table = flat play.

We do have a DHS table in our academy but nobody (in the pros) likes to use it because you'll find it disgusting after experiencing the stag table. The ball basically doesn't like to come out of the table on DHS and you tire very quickly when doing drills.

We have many pro players who train in our academy and they only practice on DHS table before a tournament.

This is also part of the reason why Indian pros rarely use DHS H3. In fact, most of them don't even use Hybrids. I have had a chance to talk to many of them about this as well. They have all tried it at some point but didn't stick with it because all internal tournaments are held on Stag tables and playing with H3 is not rewarding on these tables.

I think if FZD plays in China, we may see him switch to H3 again because of the tables.

So basically, your point of reference is shared by only you, and nobody will understand you , if you means H3 NEO as Hybrid. I started TT with Friendship 729, I know what chinese rubber is. I played TG2 NEO, H3, H3 NEO, H8, I have ordered a regular TG2 BS in coming, and in different hardness and sponge. I tested some Yinhe/globe and other chinese tacky rubber in the past. I don't have the most experience in Chinese rubber, But I can say, I have more experience than the majority of player outside china. And When you talk about chinese rubber, H3NEO/H8 are considered chinese and not hybrid. In my club, they see H8-80 and believe it is the hard dead, chinese rubber that needs absolute commitment into each ball. Despite being a hybrid, because of the #80 sponge. So obviously a H3 NEO is in the chinese category, NEO or not.
