Why doesn't Nittaku fastarc G-1 spin as much as my soft tensor rubber can?

Currently 2 months into trying Rakza 7. So far for me this feels better then C-1. The Rakza is alot more spinny. Not as spinny as G-1 but good enough.
Interesting. I thought I was mad for feeling that C-1 isn't a softer G-1 but it seems like I'm not the only one. To me, C-1 lacks in everything that would make me feel confident in a rubber, compared to Rakza 7 *and* G-1:
- brush grip is less reliable
- directional stability is not quite right
- it doesn't pass feeling to the blade well
- it's not quite as insensitive to spin in the push game as G-1
- when switched to FH, topspins are just unimpressive.

It is easier ro generate spin. It really is about what sponge hardness you like. I found that whst I saved in weight with C1 was enough for me. I havent used it in a while though. But I played it on both sides reasonably well for a few months.
