To me the blade feels so unique that it's hard to describe and I wanted to wait and see if others feel the same.

It almost doesn't feel like a carbon blade. The speed on touch and slow shots is super slow. I have better feeling than even my all-wood blades. I can feel the carbon kick in on hard topspins, but it doesn't produce as much kick as TMXi Pro. Top end speed is slower. Sweet spot seems to be smaller aswell.

Personally I love the blade, but I'm not sure it's a real successor of the TMXi Pro.
What rubber combinations did you try with the chrome blade? Looks like the Chrome blade is rather soft from your description.

Looking for an inner fiber blade and just seeing this thread about the Chrome XAXi being a W968 alternative. So far from what I've read the Chrome blade doesn't seem to live up to the hype of the AJH TMXi Pro/W968.

Only the ST handle is available for the AJH TMXi Pro on TT11 and I've only ever used FL handles, is there a significant difference between the 2 handles for this blade specifically? As in ST vs FL is more head heavy or not, are BH flicks easier to perform on ST handles in general, etc?

Looks amazing.

Are you able to measure handle width with calipers and share?

It looks quite slim in the concave where handle meets wings.

Curious as to whether the handle is same or similar dimensions to my Hugo TMXi

Cheers
Speaking of handles, I was interested in the Indeed/Artemis series and TT11 was able to provide me with measurements:

I asked if Artemis series had the same dimensions and they confirmed it. Not a big fan of all these small handles...

Does anyone have an idea on whether Glayzer would fit on FH on the Chrome or not? I have a sheet, and from what I've gathered it's a rubber best suited to faster blades, more specifically like an Innerforce ALC or faster, from one test I read. I have never tried an Innerforce ALC, but my interpretation is that the Chrome will be faster(?)

Right now I have Mantra Pro M on FH, and while being good for looping and power, it is somewhat bouncy and does not give the best feedback on touch play. I like harder rubbers, so I thought maybe Glayzer would be a good fit - to keep the level of spin, not being bouncy, slightly harder feel and controllable speed. Am I onto something here?

I'm really looking forward to those new Tau rubbers.

The Tau series has always been somewhat elusive in Europe and pretty much non-existent in UK.

I have asked a UK distributor though and they told me they'll be stocking the 55 and 57 degree in black only when available.

Will have to go hunting for the 60 degree version and pay stupid money to get it shipped.

I wonder why they changed Tau 5 to Tau 剛/暴/勇.
