Well if we couldn't get enough of last weeks table tennis action which included the World Junior Table Tennis Singles/Team Champinships we have plenty more left in store this week.
This tournament is said to be the new 'Ping Pong Diplomacy' cited in tabletennista.com. This one of a kind tournamnet is purposed to spread World peace and promote friendship between Nationalities. An official welcome dinner is set out tonight with all the delegates and the matches proceed tomorrow on the 22nd November 2011 in the state-of-the-art Aspire Academy in Doha.
The format of this competition will be of a doubles format bringing different players together on the same team!

This exciting compeition will have a total different approach to any compeition you have witnessed. The ITTF President Adham Sharara has done an incredible job in bringing different nations togetrher. It's well know that there has been a huge divide between the North and South of Korea. This compeition will bring together the two by promoting peace to the World through table tennis. (Article thanks to tabletennista.com and ittf.com)
This is an awesome event and beholds the future of our game and the peace bought to the World! We can use this thread as a means to display all the latest results, videos and news from this spectacular event!

Play is scheduled to start at 5.00pm on Tuesday 22nd November 2011 with the final scheduled for 8.15pm (local time).
