Agree totally. I think after EJ'ing for a while, you kind of know what works for you and you might EJ in that general area, and then just settle down.

I will try Big Dipper and Sanwei Target National at the club a couple more times but preliminary data suggests I am going back to H3 neo.

Backhand it is a mess. I have various ESN + Butterfly fx subbers. But I seem to adapt pretty well to any of them on the backhand side. I have a strong feeling for the amount of catapult effect and the price, I will settle on the Revolutions series.

I definitely feel that the revolution series' catapult effects are strong than Fastarc and Rakza 7 and Rakza X. But yet the revolution series' catapult effects are not as strong as Tenergy fx series. So I think I am going to settle in that area pretty soon too.

So for EJ'ing, after a while, "roughly good enough is good enough." I won't adventure my EJ too far out of my comfort zone. No point.

No, the virus needs to propagate. No vaccine - too many side effects. We need also the strong-holders like @Der_Echte, and USDC, and Sergey to finally surrender to the innevitable. As for me and old master Lodro, we just hope and thank to remain as "information consuming parasites" - all the info about the rubbers I can't pay back, just like your last: G1/R7/X <= Revo <= Tenergy info. Don't throw us out! ... look what 3 beers makes me produce, where the hell is Moravian resistance...

About the Big Dipper, I have BD red 38 on Viscaria on the BH, couldn't fall in love with it yet. Little bit too hard now, maybe later when/if I improve...

At first I thought it was too hard on BH as well. But with booster, and after getting used to it, I don't find it too hard at all anymore. It just feels normal to me.

Lol, ok, I will stop funding the search for EJ virus vaccine. lol!!!! Yes we need to infect more people so they will cough out important info so we can save a few bucks here and there.

As for the catapult effects, yes, I am pretty sure about Tenergy > Revolution > G1/C1/R7/RX. It is weird. I have tried Tenergy 05fx, 64fx and 80fx, compared to MX-S, EL-S and FX-P and compared to G1, C1, R7 and RX. Yeah I know that their hardest varies. For example MX-S is harder than EL-S and FX-P. But the catapult effects seem to be similar across the series. So FX-P is obviously softer than G1 but FX-P catapult effect is still stronger than G1. Well, what can you say?

I might beg my club mates for their used Dignics 05 or Dignics 09c or Tenergy 05 regular when they are done with it. My club coach said he can sell me used ones for maybe $30 a sheet. I don't know. I am an ambivalent relationship with Butterfly products.

As for Big Dipper, yes, it just feels hard. I don't know how to describe it. I just like H3 neo's tacky tacky top sheet and springey sponge a bit better. I will give Big Dipper another try.

Recently, it was a pain to transfer all the rubbers from 5-ply wood/7-ply wood to carbon blades. But until I do that step it is really hard to compare rubbers. Now that I have done it, should be pretty easy going forward.

I have been around multiple EJ Virus infected souls without getting it, I been very fortunate.

my original sample test had no booster, and my test was maybe 10 mins.

That somewhat looks boosted. Pimple structure is more visible and the edges looked a bit curled. At least mine doesnt look that way.

Im with my 3rd and 4. Sheet (including bh) and never experienced a bubble like this.

Though I did manage to losen the toosheet from the sponge on some edges because of extreme edge-hitting thanks to my godlike looping technique some times. So godlike the rubber couldnt withstand the godlikliness of my loops and try to flee...

I am so comfortable using Rxton5 with just 1 layer of seamoon that the only reason for me to buy LAC will be that it might perform very similar to my /rxton5 but without the need for boosting at all.
The same is valid for the rubber that young Zwill here recommended, the" DingDong BS" 😁 Then of course both theses rubbers cost pretty much twice as much as the Rxton5

I can't get used to Sanwei Target Provincial 3 on my forehand, let's see if Rxton 5 performs better. It's lighter, similar sponge hardness as TP3 (39 deg) by finger test. Not testing tackiness yet, I'm waiting for the initial tackiness to disappear.

I wanted something softer...well, to be precise, I want something easier to generate speed with middle-speed swing. TP3 is too traditional Chinese rubber for me (good for soft touch and big swing, mediocre in the middle).

You need something like Loki Arthur China, GTX, Yinhe Jupiter 3, Big Dipper, or Bloom Power.

Rxton 5 is also very Chinese.

the good grip will not disappear, pretty much like H3, the grip stays until the rubber gets so tatty that you are embarrassed to be seen by your club mates 😁

btw. thank you for posting the pics, I never got a R5 with anything written on the sponge.

Nothing wrong with that. My old H3 looks so beat up I might get mistaken for a homeless person

no I did not boost it, LAC's speed out of the box is enough for me. It was really good, I ordered another sheet to see if my first was faulty or not

I can say it's a Chinese rubber, the topsheet is stickier than Battle 2 Pro/NT for sure, but a bit less than H3 Pro
